Unique Pilates Studio Mums Special

PERSONALISED POSTNATAL RECOVERY PROGRAM

It Consists of 1 Initial Consultation and 6 more personalised sessions. (60 min length sessions)

 

  • It is gentle graduated abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation program for new mums.
  • Recommended during the first 4 months post birth when your body is most vulnerable to injury due to muscle weakness.
  • Learn how to safely regain inner core strength
  • Prepare your inner body safely during the first 4 to 6 months post birth before you return to running, aerobics and high impact sports.
  • Baby friendly classes- bubs ( before starting crawling) accompany mum or mum can choose to come alone.Babies won’t be actively involved in the exercises.
  • Educational handouts provided and all equipment provided.
  • No previous experience in Pilates fitness, sports required.

 

It will be a wonderful setting to meet other new mums and their children too.
