It Consists of 1 Initial Consultation and 6 more personalised sessions. (60 min length sessions)
It is gentle graduated abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation program for new mums.
Recommended during the first 4 months post birth when your body is most vulnerable to injury due to muscle weakness.
Learn how to safely regain inner core strength
Prepare your inner body safely during the first 4 to 6 months post birth before you return to running, aerobics and high impact sports.
Baby friendly classes- bubs ( before starting crawling) accompany mum or mum can choose to come alone.Babies won’t be actively involved in the exercises.
Educational handouts provided and all equipment provided.
No previous experience in Pilates fitness, sports required.
It will be a wonderful setting to meet other new mums and their children too.
