During our private or semi-private studio session, (4 people maximum per instructor), each client is taught according to their individual needs. Over the course of an hour, you will be guided through a series of Pilates moves – both on the mats and on specialised equipment – that are designed to help your body, while under constant supervision from the instructor. It is required for all new clients to do an Initial Consultation before to join a semi private session.
An ‘Initial Consultation‘ is a 60 min private (1:1) session with a studio instructor with a core focus on setting goals, assessing capabilities and offering personalised planning and guidance. The instructor will introduce you to the Pilates method, complete a postural analysis, review your movement capabilities and any injury limitations and how to connect with your inner core.
After your initial assessment, you can choose to continue with Private lessons in which the teacher focusses only on your program or you can book Semi Private containing a maximum of four clients and one teacher. You will always be guided through your individual workouts with your progress being monitored. Different equipment will be introduced so your exercise program is varied and modified as you strengthen and improve.
